Instructors

Pak Adi
I Gede Arya Adiwiguna, or as people call him, Pak Adi, developed his love of yoga at just 13 years old and has been improving on his practice over the last 25 years. He is a student of Ki Nantra, the Great Master Yogi of the Seruling Dewata Organization located on Mount Batukaru. After working for 20 years on cruise ships, Adi has returned to his home village of Sesandan, a 100% Balinese-Hindu farming village, with the intention of preserving and passing on the ancient traditions of Balinese yoga and the martial arts practice Silat.

Location

The retreat will take place in Bali, Indonesia. Bali Lush is located two-hours drive north of Bali’s Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). It is the perfect way to discover the Real Bali without sacrificing on comfort. They are located in a traditional farming village called Manikyang, on the lower slopes of Mount Batu Karu, in the Tabanan Province; known as the Rice Bowl of Bali.

The village is made up of 100% Balinese-Hindu families. Most families farm the land producing rice, cacao, cloves, bananas, coconuts, and other tropical fruits. They also farm livestock such as cows, pigs, chickens, and ducks. There are no mini-marts, restaurants, clubs or spas in the area, just a 100% authentic Balinese Hindu farming village. Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). Transfer from and to this airport is available upon request. The price is 500.000 IDR per person one way. It is strongly recommended to use one of their drivers to get to and from Bali Lush. The roads surrounding Bali Lush can be difficult to navigate as there are no road names or signs. All of Bali Lush's drivers know the way.

If you decide you will use another driver, have the driver call Bali Lush when you are on your way on their house phone. It is absolutely essential that you either use their driver or call them on the day before you depart to come here. Drivers who have never been here before get lost and they don't want you to spend extra hours in the car when you could be here enjoying your retreat.

Airport: Ngurah Rai (Bali) International Airport Airport transfer available: Ngurah Rai (Bali) International Airport (US$34 per person) Additional charges may apply. You can request this in the next step.
