Welcome to trainer Solo Belmondo’s 10 Days Muay Thai training program! This is an intensive experience for a very small group (six athletes maximum), designed to produce unparalleled results in Muay Thai and Western Boxing. It takes place in a non-touristy paradise where you can enjoy complete nature, among local people living a simple life. As well, you eat a feast of natural meals, made at home with local produce. Solo Belmondo supervises himself all your progress from start to finish.

Solo received his selected students in his own home, located on an immense virgin beach that goes on for 40 kilometers, and surrounded by 4000 square kilometers of pristine jungle, mountains, rivers, and waterfalls, all completely off-the-beaten-path. Travelers already experienced with Thailand will appreciate to have access to this place and its people.

The place and its surrounding are still very rural, unspoiled by tourism, and offer an ambiance unlike anywhere else in the country. Each guest enjoys to stay in a private bungalow directly on the beach. A choice of wood construction with fridge and kitchenette, or modern hotel-room style will be provided.

Ao-Koei Beach Muay Thai Camp Thailand Program

This is a 10-day intensive training designed to produce unparalleled results in Muay Thai and Western Boxing. You will learn how to be technically correct and compact, how to create power, speed, timing, and explosiveness, how to lay traps, and how to evaluate, adjust, and work angles. At the end of these 10 days, you will have a knowledge that will stay with you for the rest of your life, and allow you to develop by yourself without relying on classes and trainers anymore.

The daily training consists of:

  • Sunrise (20 minutes) - Conditioning on the beach
  • Mornings (2 hours) - Private closed-door session on technique, ring generalship, and coordination. You will finalize a new area of expertise every morning, and integrate it to the repertoire learned the day before.
  • Afternoons (2 hours) - Fight camp, including sparring, where you directly put in practice what you have worked on in the morning. In the afternoon, the gym is open to local Thais as well.

Solo supervises all of your progress himself from start to finish. To be able to truly help you, Solo only accepts six athletes at a time. You will get the most drastic results if you give yourself fully to the process for the entire 10 days.


Solo Belmondo
Solo Belmondo built his method upon his relationship in Muay Thai with pound-for-pound legend Coban Lookchaomaesaitong, and in Boxing with trainer of champions Darryl Pierre (Johnny Miller, Cus D’amato, and Mike Tyson team). When he is onsite, he trains local Thai fighters in Thai language. To be able to help you one by one and keep his work meaningful, Solo only accepts six guests at a time.


Ao-Koei Beach in the province of Phang-Nga in Southern Thailand is an inhabited national park (people lived there since generations). It is 200 kilometers with a direct taxi ride from Phuket International Airport (HKT).

Large meals are prepared at the gym two times a day by Miss Por and Miss Da. You will discover many authentic traditional dishes from Thailand, but also specialties distinctive of this southern province only. The table is very abundant to compensate the intense training regimen. Meals are prepared with love and at home, with fresh produce from the market (and often directly from the land) that Por and Da go get by themselves every day. The meals are not on a restaurant. Lunch is served at 11:00 a.m. and dinner at 7:00 p.m.

How to get there

Arrival by airplane

Take a direct taxi from Phuket International Airport (HKT). Tell the taxi driver you need to go to Ao-Koei Beach, 16 kilometers past the village Khuraburi.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 14% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid on arrival.
