Join Sifu Daniel Pérez in this martial art training that includes Chikung course: Green Dragon shows claws for health, vitality, and longevity and Shaolin Kungfu "Fundamentals" full course + “Dragón en Zen”. This is an excellent opportunity to enjoy the city of Barcelona and at the same time have specialized training in Kungfu and Chikung by instructors from the Shaolin Wahnam School from Malaysia. Enjoy a high level of instruction and professional supervision.

This course, open to both beginners and practitioners, will be divided in two parts. First, an introduction to the key skills in Chikung practice, then, a beautiful exercise will be taught, with many goals and benefits:
This course is suited for both beginners and practitioners of any kungfu style that feel that there's something lacking in their training. Personally, this course is believed to be crucial in helping a kungfu exponent in making their level acceptable. At the end of the course, you'll have enough systematic and methodical material for home practice.

Daniel Pérez started his path in Chinese martial arts in 1995, practicing Taichi. He was searching for some meaning to life through meditation and eastern philosophy. Later, it became a way to improve his physical state and to overcome his many fears. In 1999, he found his master, Wong Kiew Kit. He's attended many courses in this period of nearly 25 years. His training includes Shaolin Kungfu and Taichichuan instructor, Chikung instructor, Oriental Medicine and acupuncture, defense against violent and manipulative individuals, 20 years of experience in teaching, and studying Integrative.
The activities and accommodation will take place in a Salesian Center located in the upper part of the city of Barcelona. With its historic building and interior gardens, the Salesian Center offers a retreat located in the city center eight minutes from the metro station with the feeling of being out of the city and in connection with nature. Strolling through its gardens with various fountains and palm trees invites tranquility and silence.
Daily breakfast is included in the package. Buffet food for lunch and dinner are available for 10.10 EUR in the same place. In the city, you can find a variety of restaurants.

Please book your flight to arrive at Barcelona–El Prat Airport (BCN).
Option 1: Train to Sants Station and take the Metro L3 (green line) to metro station Montbau.
Option 2: Bus to Plaça Catalunya and take the Metro L3 (green line) to metro station Montbau.
You can also fly to Girona–Costa Brava Airport (GRO). From there, take a bus to Barcelona (Estació del Nord), then take the Metro L1 (red line) until Plaça Catalunya. Transfer to Metro L3 (green line) to metro station Montbau.
To take a taxi from the airport, the approximate price is 35 EUR. This site is located in the Valle Ebron-Montbau area. You can tell the taxi driver traveling the Ronda de Dalt, you have to choose Exit 5.
You have to go with the Greenline and get off at Montbau. When you go out the underground take the exit at your closest left, from where you can see the street at the end of the little tunnel. The sign says: "Sortida al Palau d'esports de l'la Vall Ebron."
Once you are in the street, you cross it straight and keep walking on at the right side of this wide street. At your right, you will see some sport courts and buildings. Keep walking and at the end of the street you will see some sculptures of giant matches at your left, there you turn right into the street where Marti Codolar is. Walk a little bit until number 15 and you will see a sign with Marti Codolar. Ring the bell the way it is asked.
From Sants Estació, take metro L3 (green line) until metro station Montbau.
